Climber footplates compatible with any steel or titanium climber. Provide added comfort when standing on a pole. Two plates, one with a rubber sole that faces down, fasten together on the climber stirrup with two screws. Not for use with aluminum climbers.

These pads wrap completely around the user's leg with padding, then an additional wrap of 3 inch wide heavy Velcro securely locks the pad closed. The tunnel construction of the pocket houses and prevents the leg iron from twisting or chafing. Pads will fit most manufacturers climbers.

Measuring an extra large 9" x 12", these climber pads evenly distribute pressure over calf for added comfort. Pads are constructed of durable, weather-resistant top grain steer hide harness leather lined with 1/2" black felt. The felt liner and smoothed leather edges help prevent rubbing and chafing. A tunnel for the climber shank and 1-1/4" slots for climber straps help hold pad in place. Pad is lockstitched and riveted for long-lasting, depend- able use. Requires two 26" climber straps to secure pad and climber shank to leg. Nickel plated rivets. Sold in pairs.
